After the initial conversation, the planning step clarifies what D Sphere will do, what the business will provide, and how the work will be reviewed.
What happens in this step
Set useful objectives
Choose goals that reflect the business’s current priorities. Distinguish awareness, website visits, inquiries, and sales so expectations are clear.
Choose services and channels
Select the agreed services and platforms. A focused plan is often more practical than trying to publish everywhere at once.
Define deliverables and responsibilities
Specify the content formats, quantities, review process, access requirements, reporting, fees, and any separate advertising budget.
Agree on timing and approval
Identify who approves content, how feedback is collected, and the steps that must happen before production or launch. Confirm the written agreement before work starts.
What to prepare
Share relevant brand assets, existing materials, business restrictions, preferred communication methods, and the person responsible for approvals. Flag important deadlines early.
What you can expect afterward
The intended result is a practical written scope and direction for the work. The depth of a strategy document, calendar, or research deliverable depends on what is included in the proposal.

Will every business receive the same plan?
The proposed scope should reflect the business’s audience, goals, resources, and agreed services. Standard workflows can be adapted without promising identical deliverables to every client.
Is advertising spend included?
Only if the proposal explicitly says so. Management fees and platform advertising spend should be clear before a campaign begins.
Can the plan change later?
Yes. New requests or changing priorities can be discussed. Changes that affect workload, timing, or fees should be agreed before the additional work starts.
